Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Amax has incorporated a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, it can be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange, providing the following conditions are met:

- All goods must have been purchased directly from Amax in the past 30 days. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking charge.
- All goods must be returned in saleable condition, and in original packaging.
- The goods being returned cannot be special order items.
- All returns must be approved and authorized by Amax, prior to their return. Instruction on which method of return will be given at this time.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
Occasional damage occurs during shipping. If your order is delivered damaged, please contact Amax within 48 hours.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If your item is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange to have it replaced as soon as possible. We can contact the manufacturer to have them look into it, and in some cases, they will require the defective item back for examination by their quality control department. Any information on the item's packaging such as a lot number, date of manufacture, or expiry will be required by the manufacturer, so please keep the defective items and packaging!
